Early Change Detection
Inferential Focus clients enjoy the benefits of an early warning system that detects change in the business, social, technological, and political environment. We employ the technique of "Inference Reading™" across many disciplines to observe events. Using these observations we apply a rigorous discovery method to form a context, identify change and then describe the new situation before it becomes obvious to those using traditional methods of survey research, polls or "trend" detection, usually from 12 to 24 months in advance. Our clients gain precious time that allows them to develop strategies that will enable them to take advantage of the new environment.
